Artist's Bio

I have been making lampwork soft glass beads and sculptural pieces for the last ten years. My work stressed strong base forms and tonal surface patterning of collage or mosaic-like images. I am curating a lampwork show for the Brookfield Craft Center which will open this April and have a schedule of classes and clinics for lampworkers in several venues. Glass is a wonderful medium for expression and I find both community and solace in it.
