Artist's Bio

Martina Dodson is originally from Sweden, she moved to Maui in 1996. There she was taught at Maui Crystal Gallery in the art of flameworking. She worked along with professional flameworkers such as Jupiter Nielsen, Jennifer Umphress, Terese Petrone and Sean Price. Now Martina has her own glass jewelry business called Mauimoon and is still doing some sculptural glass works as well. Her work can be seen at numerous craft shows and she also sells her work to eight galleries in the U.S. and Sweden.
